Leaders will receive the perks associated with the number of seasons they have led directly after each season they lead, regardless of how many groups they lead per season. We encourage leaders to take breaks throughout the year, thus leaders will remain at their earned tier regardless of how much time elapses between the seasons they lead.

Once the top tier has been reached, the leader will remain at that tier and continue to earn free Conference registration by leading at least 2 Community Groups per year. If they do not lead 2 Community Groups in a calendar year, their status will be put on hiatus until they return. Upon leading 2 Community Groups after a hiatus, the leader will be reinstated to the top tier and receive free Conference registration.
