This is a remote position and will be 10-15 hours per week, with some travel required. Our small-yet-mighty-team are all passionate about serving as the hands and feet of God within our community and throughout the world!
Purpose:
The Program & Development Coordinator will support the Programs and Development teams providing project management support, administrative support, and logistical and strategic execution. Four areas of focus include: Logistical support, volunteer coordination, grants and fundraising support, and donor relations.
Reports to: Program & Development Manager
Part time: 10-15 hours per week
Salary Range: $20-22 per hour

Adept at cultivating a culture of diversity, inclusion, equity, and belonging across a team.
Experience with: Google Workspace Apps, especially Google Sheets (must excel at Excel!), Google Docs; Asana (or other project management software), Bloomerang (or other nonprofit CRM software).
Task Overview:
Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes
Create program registration and feedback forms, collecting demographic and survey data for analysis
Assist in scheduling year-round virtual programming
Assist in recruiting, training, and scheduling volunteers for program needs
Assist in researching and preparing applications for grant opportunities and reports for received grants
Assist in preparing fundraising campaign materials
Perform maintenance of confidential, computerized records of financial and in-kind donors, their giving histories, and other personal information
Directly respond to donor inquiries and requests via phone, email or letter, including problem-solving with checks, credit cards, EFT, and stock gifts
Create and send donor impact updates semi-annually
Pull fundraising reports to track giving levels, recurring gifts, and other data for donors
Troubleshoot problems, improve overall processes, and ensure deadlines are met even during periods of high gift volume and high-activity program seasons
Specific Activities:

Communicate with program participants, volunteers, and donors
Organizing, Planning, and Prioritizing Work
Coordinate event and programming logistics
Obtain testimonials from community members to serve as basis for supporting and participating in programs
Provide reports on project status and flag areas of concern

Schedule year-round donor stewardship activities
Schedule year-round virtual programming
Schedule volunteer work hours
Drafting Documents
Draft grant applications and reports
Draft fundraising copy for calendar campaigns
Draft donor impact updates
Getting Information
Pull fundraising reports at regular intervals
Collect survey feedback for programmatic offerings
Performing Administrative Activities
Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting agendas
Oversee administrative needs for the QCF donor database
Compile Data or Information
Compile fundraising data for reports to staff directors and the board of directors
Provide data and statistics for the annual Plan On A Page (POAP)
