If you are experiencing thoughts of self-harm or suicide, we want you to get the help you need. We encourage you to immediately seek help from a friend, partner, or qualified health worker. After you seek help from a person you trust, we recommend that you to connect with any of the following service providers.

For immediate life threatening or dangerous situations, call 911 for emergency services in the United States. If you are outside of the United States, please contact emergency services in your area.
