Intro to Enneagram

A foundational understanding of the Enneagram and practical language for exploring their own patterns of thought, feeling, and behavior.

Intro to Enneagram | Thursday, September 17 | 6:30PM ET

Join us for Intro to the Enneagram, a virtual workshop introducing a powerful tool for self-understanding available today. The Enneagram is a framework for understanding the core motivations, fears, and protective strategies that shape how we relate to ourselves and others. We will learn about moving beyond a simple personality label to reveal the deeper patterns driving our behavior.

In this free QCF Adulting 101 session, we'll cover where the Enneagram comes from, the mindset needed to engage with it well, and a guided overview of all nine types. Participants will leave with a foundational understanding of the Enneagram and practical language for exploring their own patterns of thought, feeling, and behavior, with time built in for questions and reflection.

This workshop is led by Meg Gallear, an Enneagram teacher and resident therapist who brings a systemic, justice-centered, and emotionally-focused lens to her teaching. Whether you're brand new to the Enneagram or looking to deepen your understanding, this is a welcoming place to start. We hope you'll join us!

About the Presenter:

Meg is an Enneagram teacher, resident therapist, and advocate for deeper self-understanding and authentic connection. She brings a systemic, anti-oppressive, justice-centered, and emotionally-focused lens to her teaching, helping people move beyond simply identifying their “type” toward understanding the patterns, fears, and protective strategies that shape how they relate to themselves and others.

As a queer woman who grew up in a conservative religious environment, Meg is particularly passionate about the intersection of spirituality, identity, emotional health, and religious trauma. Her work creates space for people to untangle inherited beliefs, reconnect with themselves, and build lives and relationships that feel more honest, compassionate, and whole.
