Over the conference weekend, Min. Darren Calhoun ushered us into a time of lament that affirmed that we are welcome here to share the things that we are struggling with, without having to fake how we are really feeling. Sometimes sharing how we are really feeling also means having a place to express what we need as we strive to grow alongside one another in community.

Our Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Learning Group is opening up a space for the QCF Community to share what exactly you would like to learn this year. While this conversation will primarily be to chat about the EDI Learning Group's mission and explore what the group wants to learn together this year, the group leaders will also pass along topics and requests to staff and our advisory councils to consider and collaborate on this year.
