Want to post a job to the Q Christian Job Board?
Job postings on the Q Christian Job Board are solely reserved for church, parachurch, and non-profit employers. If you are posting multiple positions, please fill out a form for each job post. If you fill your position or stop accepting applications for a posted position, please email us.
To post a position with email or social media highlights, complete the Job Board Request Form and purchase your desired Sponsorship Level. Payment can be made before or after submitting this form. Please note that positions will not be posted until payment by the employer has been confirmed.

*$100+ sponsorships include one (1) email highlight in our weekly newsletter within the first month that your job is posted. Other jobs may also be featured alongside your post in the newsletter.
*$200+ sponsorships include (1) one email highlight and (1) social media highlight on our Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook pages. Social media highlights will exclusively feature your job post.
*$1200 sponsorships include unlimited, 3-month listings, (1) one email highlight and (1) social media highlight on our Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook pages per listing for one year.
POSTING Timeline & Renewals
New positions are posted to the job board within 3-5 business days after the request has been submitted and payment has been confirmed. Posts will be removed from the job board 3 months from the date it is posted on the website unless a renewal request is submitted. Renewal requests can be submitted below at any time and are subject to the same sponsorship tiers and pricing.
Job Board Guidelines
All employers wishing to post a position to the Q Christian Job Board must agree that their hiring process will not discriminate, lawfully or unlawfully, against candidates on the basis of race, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender expression, national origin, age, physical ability, marital status or military status. Allegations of discrimination against an employer may result in the immediate removal of the employer's job posts from the board. Q Christian reserves the right to ban employers charged with discrimination from the job board and is not obligated to provide a refund for posts removed prior to their agreed-upon end date.
