Jessica Wang (she/her/hers) was raised in Madison, Wisconsin as an evangelical Christian. She attended a boarding high school called Milton Academy just south of Boston where she learned to embrace her Christian faith as her own. During her senior year of high school, she began living life as a queer Christian and dove headfirst into the complexities of queer theology. She will attend Yale College as a part of the class of 2023 after a gap year of adventuring around south east Asia, working at a ski resort in Alta, Utah, and spending a summer at Mt. Rainier. In her free time, she loves writing poetry and short stories, coding neural networks, and skiing.
