Become a Conference Sponsor

We currently offer a variety of Conference Sponsorship Packages. You have the opportunity to be a catalyst for transformation and to build brand awareness in the unique setting of our annual conference. Sponsors have the option to purchase upgraded exhibitor packages and to brand elements of conference materials.

Exhibiting at Conference

Exhibition space will be granted both on the basis of alignment with Q Christian Fellowship mission and values, and on a first-come, first-served basis. We are accepting applications through December 31, 2018.

Peak traffic times:

Thursday (Jan 10)

  • 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM

Friday (Jan 11)

  • 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM

  • 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM

  • 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM

Saturday (Jan 12)

  • 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM

  • 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM

  • 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM

Participant Registration

Your organization will be provided two generic exhibits-only passes for booth staff which will provide access to the exhibit room during normal conference hours. Admission to Conference general sessions, breakouts, and other events is not included with the purchase of exhibitor space, and must be purchased separately.

Food

Per the hotel’s union rules, there may be no food given to attendees (including candy) not purchased from the hotel. Contact sam.locke@qchristian.org if interested in options including food.
